I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived and seen the hotel grounds Figura i wasn’t expecting luxury in a 2 star hotel. The grounds were lovely with a big pool and amazing view! . However when we got to the room things changed… I expected a 2 star hotel to be old and run down .. but not DIRTY! the bathroom was coated in dust, spider webs were visible in every corner , the shower barley worked and when i opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away cockroaches ran at me!. safe to say that wardrobe was firmly closed the entire stay. We also found an old flip flop covered in dust under the coffee table surely it’s not that hard to keep a room clean? . If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this hotel would be fine! Ganador we did only pay £54 a night which is a great deal for a cheap few nights away! but for me the lack of cleanliness in the room was so disappointing and there really is zero excuse for it no matter how much you have paid . I definitely would not return . Rafa Gallego Awful experience. The first thing we felt like doing after a long day of traveling was going to our room and taking a shower. Both of the towels we got were stained in several different spots so we had to go to reception to ask for new ones, the staff did not seem to care all too much about the incident. Later on that night, when we were going to bed, we noticed that the bedsheets (we had two individual beds) were disgustingly dirty, merienda again with several stains and loose hairs. I then went to reception to ask for new bedsheets, I was given a set for one of the beds and when I asked for a new one for the other bed, the receptionist demanded me to provide evidence of the second bed being dirty Figura well, I did that and got a new set for the second bed too.
- All inclusive for drinks means most drinks are with an additional 3€ supplement. A couple of local beers and two alcoholic cocktails are included. Liam Crowe It's a basic 3 star, not a 4 star establishment. Breakfast has decent options. Rooms are basic but spacious, with terrible slow and intermittent WiFi. No pool towels and bath towels are threadbare, hard and various shades of brown well overdue replacement. The room safe costs €3 a day, and I only discovered this when I could not set the code rather than being told when checking in. Don't expect any luxury. Room service is 5 days per week. The cleaner took used towels but didn't replace them one day so I had to go for replacements. Hugo Pires We've just finished a 10 night stay at Broncemar with our two year old toddler.

The only thing I would say is maybe there could be some more entertainment aimed towards the adults Figura it was very child based so maybe some later hours adult entertainment would be great.
